Step-by-Step Guide

Within the SharePoint Essentials Toolkit, you can utilize the “Site & List Inventory" feature to build a report of SharePoint folders and respective sizes. 

1. Open the SharePoint Essentials Toolkit.

2. Select one or more sites that you want to build a folder inventory for (to display size and item counts).

   

3. Select "Inventory" from the Manage section, then "Site & List Inventory"

   

4. Review your selections and click "Next"

   

5. Click "Settings"

6. Enable "Include List and Folder Sizes"

   

7. Click "Run Now"

8. The folder sizes will appear in the "Folder Inventory" panel.

   

9. You can unpin the other panels for a better viewing area.
