SharePoint Essentials Toolkit Enterprise Suite 2026 Licensing

Cognillo's SharePoint Essentials Toolkit features two primary licensing models: the Standard (Per Seat) Model and the Enterprise Cloud (Floating/Concurrent) Model.

Standard License (Per Seat) Model

With the Standard License model, the SharePoint Essentials Toolkit provides licenses in flexible bundles to suit various team sizes. You can purchase licenses for 1, 3, 5, 10, or more users as needed.

License Upgrades

Should your needs grow, you can easily upgrade the number of Site Collections at any time. Simply contact us, and you will only pay the prorated difference.

Enterprise Cloud License (Floating/Concurrent) Model

The Enterprise Cloud License model is designed for larger teams and is generally recommended for 10 or more users. This model is not available for fewer than 5 users. For teams requiring fewer than 10 licenses, the Standard 'Per Seat' License model is typically more suitable and cost-effective.
