How to Transfer Your Cognillo License

Transferring your Cognillo product license varies depending on the license type. Please follow the instructions below that apply to your specific license.

Enterprise Cloud (Concurrent) Licenses

Enterprise Cloud (Concurrent) licenses and Enterprise Cloud floating licenses are automatically released upon closing the tool and transferred upon activation to a new user. No manual intervention is typically required for these license types.

Community, Professional, and Perpetual Enterprise Licenses

For Community Edition, Professional Edition, and Enterprise Edition licenses, please follow these steps to transfer your license:

  1. Transferring License for a Different User on the Same Machine: If you are transferring the license to a different user but keeping it on the same machine, proceed directly to step 4. We will help update the contact person associated with the license.

  2. Uninstall Software (if transferring to a different machine): If you are moving the license to a different machine, please uninstall the software from the original machine.

  3. Download Software on New Machine (if transferring to a different machine): Download and install the software on your new machine. You can find the download link by logging into your account on our website at https://cognillo.com.
